Frequently asked questions

Our funky showroom in Al Quoz is located here. Our displays change frequently, so do visit if you are looking for inspiration! We are always happy to set up specific items & combinations for you to inspect at any time.

We deliver to all 7 Emirates.
We also deliver to KSA, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait and Qatar.

We charge a separate handling fee for delivery, set up and removal. This depends on the location and requirements of your event.

Yes, you can collect most of our items. We charge a security deposit for all collections (dry rental), which will be refunded upon returning the items in good condition on the agreed date.

No! We are happy to accommodate large and small events.

We ask that you pay 100% upfront on confirming your event.

We can accept the following methods of payment:

Cash
Cheque
Credit/debit card
Online bank transfer

In the case of a dry rental where you collect the items. This can be paid by cheque or cash and will be fully returned on receipt of the items back in good condition, on the agreed date and time of return. We may also ask for security deposit for long term rentals or rentals located in an unsecured location.

  • More than 14 days prior to the event: free cancellation.
  • 14-6 days prior to the event: 25% cancellation fee. 75% refund.
  • 5-3 days prior to the event: 25% cancellation fee. 75% credit note for future bookings, valid for 180 days.
  • 48 hours or less prior to the event: 100% cancellation fee.

* Not applicable on customized items and branding.

Yes we do offer branding on many of our items, please contact us with your requirements.

Yes we can! Please contact us with your requirements and we will work out options for you. Please note we are always adding new pieces to our collection which may not be online yet.
