A handling fee of 15% applies for delivery, installation, and collection of furniture and lighting rentals at your event. This covers end-to-end services, meaning our well-trained, English speaking, uniformed teams will coordinate everything from our warehouse to your event venue.
The handling fee is calculated over the hire amount (excluding any branding) and subject to minimum charges.
- Urban Dubai: AED 500 (without restrictions, excluding VAT)
- UAE urban zones: AED 1,000 (without restrictions, excluding VAT)
- Remote locations or abroad: by quotation
Restrictions/ Additional Fees:
- Complicated access points: Extra fees may apply for certain venues that require gate passes, or clearances (e.g., free zones, desert, offshore, international, high-security areas)
- Multiple-day rentals: Handling fee will be calculated over the hire amount for one-day. Additional fees will only apply if we need to visit your event venue more than once for logistical reasons.
- Damaged or missing items: You will be invoiced for the cost to repair or replace.
How to avoid paying the handling fee?
Most of our furniture and lighting rentals are available on a dry-hire basis, whereby you collect and return the items yourself. This option is only applicable with a refundable security deposit, which is calculated as a percentage of the value of the items. Exceptions apply for technical and delicate items.
