A handling fee applies for delivery, set-up, and removal after your event. The vehicle will be brought to the venue on a flatbed trailer. Our well-trained, English-speaking, uniformed teams will do the set-up & removal for you. A site visit prior to the event is required to ensure accessibility. The handling fee will vary if any equipment is needed, ie. cranes/ramps, etc.

Location-Specific Restrictions and Fees
Please note that for certain venues with complicated physical access, gate passes, and security clearance, a surcharge will apply. Such locations include free zones, desert areas, off-shore venues, international locations, and high-security areas. Additionally, PCR tests, if needed, are charged separately.
