A handling fee of 15% applies for delivery, set-up and removal after your event. Our well-trained, English speaking, uniformed teams will set-up the furniture & lights at the venue for you. The handling fee is calculated over the hire amount (so excluding any branding/covid testing charges), and a minimum applies:
Urban Dubai without restrictions: 500 AED, ex vat
UAE urban zones without restrictions: 1,000 AED, ex vat
Remote locations in the UAE and abroad: by quotation
Restrictions: certain venues are more complicated in terms of physical access, gate passes and security clearance, so a surcharge will apply. E.g: free zones, desert, off-shore, international, high-security areas. PCR tests are charged separately if needed.
For multiple-day rental the handling fee will be calculated over the rental amount for one-day. Additional fees will apply if we need to do multiple visits during your event for logistical reasons.
We will notify you prior to confirming your booking of any possible surcharges.
Want to avoid a handling fee?
Most of our furniture & lighting is available on a dry-hire basis, whereby you collect and return the items yourself. Dry hire is only possible against a refundable security deposit, calculated as a percentage of the value of the items. Exceptions apply for technical and delicate items.
Any damaged and missing items will be invoiced.
