We recommend booking your lounge chairs at least 2 to 4 weeks before your event date. For larger quantities or popular styles, the lead time can extend further. This allows us to confirm availability, arrange delivery logistics within Dubai, and handle any setup ahead of time.

When you rent lounge chairs from us, you’ll receive them in excellent condition and fully functional. A handling fee applies for delivery, setup, and collection after your event.

Yes, our lounge chairs are suitable for outdoor use, including terraces or poolside settings. If the venue is outdoors, please inform us in advance so we can check for weather‑proofing, transport considerations (such as steps or lifts) and access. Extra costs may apply for difficult access, extended labour, or items that need special handling. We’ll include this in your quote so you’re clear on what’s involved.

We ask that all rented lounge chairs be returned in the same condition as delivered. If chairs are damaged (beyond normal wear), missing or returned late, additional charges may apply. Late returns will incur a fee per day until the items are back. If you foresee needing chairs for additional days, please let us know when booking so we can extend the rental agreement and avoid extra costs.

Yes, you may adjust your order but changes are subject to availability. For example, increasing the number of lounge chairs or switching to a different style is possible if we have stock at the time. However, changes made very close to the event (e.g., within 48 hours) may incur fees or be impossible due to logistical constraints. The earlier you let us know, the simpler and smoother the adjustment will be.
