Can I mix different table types in one rental order?
Yes, and most events call for it. A typical setup might combine cocktail tables for a drinks reception, dining tables for a seated course, and a buffet table for catering. Our team can help you plan quantities and configurations based on your guest count and venue layout.
How far in advance do I need to book table rentals?
We recommend two to four weeks ahead for most events, and longer for large-scale or multi-day bookings during peak season (October through March). That said, we're used to fast turnarounds. If your event is coming up quickly, reach out and we'll do our best.
Do the tables come in different sizes for the same style?
Several ranges do. The Linea collection, for example, is available as a coffee table, dining table, cocktail table, and XXL dining table all sharing the same frame system. This makes it easy to create a fully consistent look across an entire event using one collection.
Is the delivery and collection included in the rental fee?
All table rentals are subject to a 15% handling fee that covers delivery to your venue, setup, and collection after your event. Dry hire (self-collect) is available for most pieces against a refundable security deposit.
Can cocktail and dining tables be used outdoors?
Most pieces in the collection are suited to outdoor use in Dubai's climate. For evening events or poolside setups, the illuminated options like the Peak Cocktail Table and Moree Rectangle Bistro Table work especially well.
