The Bar Crate

In line with the current industrial/vintage trend, we offer you a crate full of ideas when it comes to building a bar at your venue. Whether you need a bar set up in a discreet corner or something that takes up a whole wall, the Bar Crate can be made up to suit you and your venue.

3-7 days → 1.5 days charge
8-14 days → 2.0 days charge
15-21 days → 3.0 days charge
22-31 days → 4.0 days charge

A handling fee of 15% applies for delivery, installation, and collection of furniture and lighting rentals at your event. This is calculated over the hire amount (excluding any branding) and subject to minimum charges. 

• Urban Dubai: AED 500 (without restrictions, excluding VAT)
• UAE urban zones: AED 1,000 (without restrictions, excluding VAT)
• Remote locations or abroad: by quotation

Restrictions/ Additional Fees:

• Extra fees may apply for certain venues with complicated access points, those that  require gate passes, or clearances (e.g., free zones, desert, offshore, international, high-security areas)
• For multiple-day rentals the handling fee will be calculated over the hire  amount for one-day. Additional fees will only apply if we need to visit your event venue more than once for logistical reasons.
• Any damaged or missing items will be invoiced

The handling fee covers end-to-end services, meaning our well-trained, English speaking, uniformed teams will coordinate, set up and pack up all rentals to and from the venue for you. If you wish to avoid paying this fee, we offer a dry-hire option for most of our furniture and lighting. Exceptions apply for delicate or technical items.

Dry-hire option (without handling fee): collect and return rentals yourself with a refundable deposit, which is calculated as a percentage of the value of the items.
